Women are choosing Nano brows over microblading more and more because all women are good candidates for Nano brows percentages have been thrown out that vary but alot of women are not good candidates. I originally got microblading done but found out because I have oily skin it’s not ideal. It's not that you can't do it or you will have a bad reaction, but if you have oily skin you are more likely to have the hair strokes bleed together. Also if you have more sensitive or more fragile/mature skin Nano brow are usually better.

The process off microblading is done with a hand held tool that is like a small blade that they dip into ink and scratch into the skin. Microblading usually is a faster appt because the artist can move their hand quicker. The ink that is used can be the exact same it just is deposited differently. Microblading can cause more scar tissue so over time your skin will stop accepting ink because of the scar tissue. Usually if you have the same skill level as and artist usually microblading is cheaper. Microblading usually lasts a bit shorter than nano brows as well. One big benefit I think is Microblading has been around a lot longer so there are more artists that are better at it.
Nano brows is done with a tattoo machine with a single needle. The same ink is usually used as microblading or thinned out if its a thicker cream. Nano brows is a good fit for all skin types, and usually is less painful when you get the treatment done. Nano brows because it takes longer and more skill (in my opinion) to do most artists charge more if they do both services. You usually can get a bit thinner strokes than microblading. You also can do nano brows over scar tissue from past microblading or over scars from past accidents. It causes less trauma to the skin.
